Which is Better?

Comparing UHD and OLED is like comparing apples to oranges.  OLED is technology whereas UHD or 4K is just the display resolution.

Therefore, there exist UHD OLED TVs that are just OLED TVs capable of displaying 4K (3840 X 2160 resolution). Similarly, there also 4K TVs that are not OLED.
